Nestled in the misty forests of West Gippsland, about two hours from Melbourne, Noojee comes alive each July for a celebration of truffles, fire, and food done properly. Whether you're making a day of it or staying the weekend, here's everything you need to know before you go.
Cool days, and the kind of fresh mountain air that makes a warm delicious truffle meal feel like the best decision you've ever made. Bring your warm clothes, a good jacket and shoes you're comfortable walking in. The reward for embracing the weather is a West Gippsland winter treat at its most atmospheric.
Typical July conditions: Temperatures average around 12°C during the day. Fog in the mornings is common and genuinely beautiful. Rain is possible, a light waterproof layer is always a good idea.
The festival isn't one venue, it's a trail. Farms, restaurants, cafes, and pop-up experiences are spread across Noojee and the surrounding region, and the map is your guide to all of it. Download or browse below to start plotting your day.
Booking your events or meals is highly recommended to avoid missing out.
