Feast Over Fire: Gala Event by Toorongo Valley Estate | Noojee VIC

25 July @ 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The signature Gala Event of the Truffle Festival — an unforgettable afternoon of truffle, fire, and connection – supported by Oakdale Meats

Join us from 1–6pm for an extraordinary Feast Over Fire — the signature gala event of the Truffle Festival, set in the heart of Toorongo Valley Estate. This is a winter gathering designed to awaken the senses: the aroma of truffle featured across the menu, the theatre of open-fire cooking, and the magic of coming together in nature. As the afternoon unfolds, you’ll be immersed in a warm, vibrant atmosphere where food, fire, and community meet in a truly memorable way.

What’s the event about

Feast Over Fire is our winter gala experience, an abundant, multi-course celebration of truffle and fire cooking.

Set within the natural beauty of the estate, guests will gather around fire pits, surrounded by crisp winter air and the steady warmth of the flames. Our chefs will showcase locally sourced truffles across selected dishes, alongside premium, ethically sourced meats from Oakdale Meat Co, cooked slowly over fire to bring out their full depth of flavour.

Expect fire-roasted meats, seasonal vegetables, and rich, thoughtfully prepared dishes that honour both the land and the season. All designed to be shared, savoured, and experienced together.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll move through a relaxed yet elevated experience — from arrival drinks and connection around the fire, to a generous feast that unfolds at a natural pace, to music and atmosphere carrying you into golden hour.

This is more than a meal. It’s a celebration of winter, of place, and of the simple, powerful act of gathering and celebration.

If you’re looking for the standout gala event of the Truffle Festival — this is not to be missed.
